At BabyMocs, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the unworn shoes or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
